AI planning

Simply put, if you manage to replicate / build upon AI planning features that Reclaim.AI has, it will be an easy switch for me.

What I’m looking for exactly: ability to just dump all of the tasks I have (Manually written + Jira + Google Tasks + Trello (yes, it’s a nightmare right now that I have to deal with)) into a system, just set a start/due dates, priority and optionally mark certain tasks as top priority / next in queue + set an estimate time to complete and chunks that I’d like my work to be divided into (min/max). Everything else is AI: it looks for open times in my calendar (considering start/end of day times as well) and blocks out the time. I believe it’s easily possible with conventional conditions, but reclaim claim to have AI do that.

I hope I made sense. It’s a lot of everything squished into a single paragraph, but it can be basically summed up as “just like in Reclaim”.

Oh and most importantly — and that is something I’ve struggeled a lot and lost a lot of time on — if I change my schedule in any way (snooze a task until further date, extend my break, new meeting is added, etc.), all of the blocked times are adjusted accordingly.

This!!! Yes, this is what I have been saying, it should work as as navigation not a dumb planner. (which also our service is at this point)

You truly know what next generation of Daily planning tool should be.

How a tool should work for you, but it is usually the other way.

Yes I once looked at reclaim, it felt like a basic rule base. (If a true AI is to fix this problem, It needs to under stand the context of each task, maybe in far away future)

Anyways, this is our heading way.

But it will take some time. We will keep you updated!

Yes, glad we’re on the same page. You’re entirely correct in saying that it should not be a human-driven planner, but rather than a tool that plans for you. Eliminates all that back-and-forth of dragging blocked times around the calendar (I used to spend SO MUCH time on that before Reclaim).

For this feature, I will communicate with you from the scratch ideas. (even before going into design or development)

          Have a great day!
