It would be nice when scheduling time with a co worker, if I could easily see their calendar to see their availability and find an open spot for us to meet.
Hi @Adam Stein If you subscribe your co worker’s calendar on google calendar. It will also show up in offlight like this!
So you can turn visibility on/off.
If you were expecting something better than this please feel free to tell!

Totally understand this option. But as an IT professional I am constantly needing to book meetings with people I don’t normally converse with on a regular basis. Once again Akiflow actually does this really well. You can just search anyone in your company with an email domain the same as yours and it shows up on the right side. People you often do this too will stay on the side as a shortcut for future use. See photo

1. User can add calendar of coworker they want to subscribe within the service. 2. User can pin certain calendars as favorite. 3. User can easily turn on/off the co-workers calendar really easily. (Methods can vary as long as it is really easy and intutive)

Hey Dan,
I think that is about right. But I am not sure the wizardry they are using. I am not sure if its a Google Calendar API or something. But even people I have pinned on that side… I do not seem to be subscribed to their calendar.
If I login to the website of Google calendar I am not subscribed to any additional calendars. Yet in Akiflow I can click on those users and see there calendar availability.
Otherwise what you said seems correct
