Connected calendars

You can add connected calendars that OFFLIGHT will reference for auto-scheduling.
For example, if you connect both your work and personal calendars, OFFLIGHT will check events from both when planning tasks.

To add a connected calendar:
Go to Settings > Calendar and connect your calendar account.

  • If you add a default calendar (used to create events from tasks), it will automatically be set as a connected calendar.

  • Similarly, linking a calendar to a timeframe will also add it as a connected calendar.

Visibility on external calendar

Control how tasks scheduled by OFFLIGHT appear on your connected calendar.

Show task names to others on Calendar

Choose whether to show task names on your calendar:

  • ON: Task names will be visible.

  • OFF: Events will appear as "Busy" instead.

Auto-block calendar for tasks nearing due dates

Automatically block time on your calendar for tasks with upcoming deadlines.
(Nearing deadline = within 48 hours)

  • ON: Tasks due within 48 hours will be auto-added to your calendar to prevent new meeting conflicts.

  • OFF: These tasks will only be shown inside OFFLIGHT, not on external calendars.

Break between tasks

Set break time between work sessions.
By default, OFFLIGHT adds a 10-minute break for every 1 hour of work.
