Customize your OFFLIGHT experience by setting your preferred time zone, theme, event signature, and time format.

⏰ Time Zones

  • Set your preferred time zone for the service.

  • By default, it's automatically synced based on your system settings at sign-up.

🎨 Appearance

Choose your preferred theme:

  • Light mode

  • Dark mode

  • Follow system settings

    • For the web app, system setting = your browser theme.

    • For the desktop app, system setting = your OS theme.

🖋️ Signature on Events

When a task is time-blocked, events may include this signature:

"Scheduled with OFFLIGHT."

You can turn this on or off via:

  • Path: Settings → General → Signature on Events

  • OFF: The signature won't be added to new events.

  • Note: Signatures on previously created events will not be removed.

🕓 Time Format

Choose how time is displayed in OFFLIGHT (e.g. for event creation or viewing).

  • 12hr format – e.g., 1AM, 2PM

  • 24hr format – e.g., 01:00, 14:00
