How to Integrate with Gmail
How to add email to inbox
Default setting : Just "star ⭐" the email in Gmail you want to import to your inbox.
Depending on your preferences, you can modify or add settings to import emails into OFFLIGHT.

How to change Gmail Setting
Go to Setting > Integration > Gmail Setting
Modify the settings for the account you wish to change. (Settings can be changed on a per-account basis.)
The current settings that support task creation are as follows:
New emails arrive in the inbox : Imports all emails from Gmail to OFFLIGHT. Only emails received after setting this up will be imported.
I star an email : Only emails that I have marked with a star will be imported.
An email created as an OFFLIGHT task is replied to : Automatically creates a task if any email previously imported to OFFLIGHT is replied to.
Label(s) is(are) : Import emails with a specific label into OFFLIGHT.
E-mail management
When you complete or delete a Gmail task in OFFLIGHT, you can now configure Gmail to automatically perform the following actions:
When a Gmail task is completed in OFFLIGHT,
Mark the corresponding email as Read
Archive the corresponding email
Do nothing
When a Gmail task is deleted in OFFLIGHT,
Mark the corresponding email as Read
Archive the corresponding email
Delete the corresponding email
Do nothing
AI Summary
Click on a Gmail task saved in OFFLIGHT, then click the AI summary icon. This will provide a summary of the email body in approximately three lines.
